Fire-resistant barriers and gates for the warehouse

We manufacture industrial roll-up gates and fire-fighting gates and curtains, which are installed in modern warehouse complexes and individual warehouses.

Large entrance gates for warehouse buildings

Warehouse gates must meet a number of requirements in terms of size, wind resistance, thermal insulation and speed of operation. Industrial roller gates made of aluminum profile AL-120 perfectly meet these requirements:

• they can be installed on large openings through which cargo and loading equipment will pass;
• for wind resistance, wind hooks have been added to the design;
• the lamellas are insulated with polyurethane foam, which is not afraid of moisture and has good resistance to heat transfer;
• the speed of operation of the roller gates is sufficient for unloading and loading operations in normal mode. If necessary, we can install high-speed film gates that work 2-4 times faster, but their thermal protection is worse, and they do not protect the room from penetration.

Gates for the interior of the warehouse

To separate the premises inside the warehouse, you can install gates made of thin-walled metal profile M-80 or perforated profile M-80R. Perforated gates allow you to view the room closed by the canvas, which is convenient for security guards and loader drivers.

To separate the warehouse and refrigerating halls of the warehouse, high-speed gates made of PVC fabric are most often installed, which allow loaders to pass faster. Various sensors (induction loop, microwave, infrared) are installed for automatic opening of soft gates.

Fire barriers for the separation of storage spaces

Fire-resistant gates and curtains divide large storage rooms into fire compartments and prevent the fire from spreading throughout the warehouse. Since the cost of products is quite high, storage facilities are planned and built with all the necessary fire protection equipment. The complex operation of the fire system allows you to quickly localize and extinguish a fire, thereby avoiding large financial losses.

We have experience in installing both non-flammable curtains and large-sized fire-retaining gates. So at the Leroy Merlin warehouse, we installed a sliding fire-fighting gate measuring more than 5 meters in width and height with a fire resistance of 120 minutes (EI120).
